The Oakland, Wisconsin, Seventh-day Adventist Church, located at W 8737 W Advent Road, Fort Atkison, Wisconsin, was founded on December 1, 1864, by the families of Andrew Olsen, Sern Loe, Tarel Johnsson, and Ole Hegland. These families migrated to Wisconsin from Norway in the 1850s. This church is the oldest Scandinavian Seventh-day Adventist Church in the United States. In 2011 it had 51 members and was part of the Wisconsin Conference.
