Biographical
Theodora Augustua Magalene Scharffenberg was born on December 17, 1888, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On May 5, 1909, she married Rufus Wangrin, and in July of that same year they left as missionaries to Korea. Although Rufus died in 1917 Theodora continued as a missionary in Korea for 43 years, until her retirement in 1952.
