The Frederick Griggs Papers were given to the Heritage Room in the James White Library, Andrews University in October 1979 by Dr. Emmet K. Vande Vere. According to Dr. Vande Vere, the papers were found by students in the first Administration Building of Emmanuel Missionary College just before the building was torn down in 1953. The students gave the file to Dr. Vande Vere who was the history teacher.
