The collection is arranged chronologically. George E. Schultz acted as a relay person
through whom others sent correspondence to Virginia Hudgins. Therefore, all additional correspondence that was included with Schultz’s correspondence on any given date has been left with that of Mr. Schultz. One letter from Schultz may contain one or more letters from others along with clippings and other enclosures.
