While this is not the official archives of the Association, it may be as close as one will come to such a repository. At the time this collection was processed, the Association appeared to be non-functioning. Included are governance and minutes as well as officer reports and correspondence. One of the Associations activities was the preparation of books and other resources on diet and nutrition. Included are a number of these publications. There are folders for many of the presidents of the Association from 1954 to 2004. There are also folders on the history of the Association and photographs of events. The extent of the records is very shallow in most cases. For example, under finances, there is one folder. The same could be said for many other series of records.

Ruth Roberts donated this collection to the Center for Adventist Research in 2012. Roberts worked at one time in nutrition and was likely a member of the Association. It is unknown how she came to possess the records.
