On January 12, 2014, the Association of Adventist Women (AAW) board voted to make the Center for Adventist Research at Andrews University the official repository of the Association’s records. Subsequent to that the first set of records were sent to the Center by Verla Kwiram in 2014.

Use Restrictions

All users of this collection are required to complete the “Application to Use Unpublished Records,” and to observe the regulation specified in the “Patron Agreement” and “Researcher’s Code of Conduct.” Access to these records depends on what a researcher wishes to see. Certain series are considered closed. Public type records, as determined by Center administration, will be made available, but all other records will need the express approval of a current officer of the Association. In the event the Association ceases to exist, all records in this collection will become open and available for research twenty years after the Association closes.
