Conditions Governing Use

All users of this collection are required to complete the “Application to Use Unpublished Records,” and to observe the regulation specified in the “Patron Agreement” and “Researcher’s Code of Conduct.” Access to these records depends on what a researcher wishes to see. Certain series are considered closed. Public type records, as determined by Center administration, will be made available, but all other records will need the express approval of a current officer of the Association. In the event the Association ceases to exist, all records in this collection will become open and available for research twenty years after the Association closes.

The arrangement of the records is largely as received from the Association. Some tweaking and other refinements were made during the processing. The recordsare grouped by general type. Within these larger groups the arrangement is generally either chronological oralphabetical, whatever is most appropriate for the type of records.
