Content Description This collection contains A. L. Ham’s personal appointment books for most of the years from 1946 to his retirement. These may be interesting to show a General Conference leader’s schedule. There are also some sermons. Perhaps the most significant contribution are the many photographs of Seventh-day Adventist work primarily in India but also some from Africa during the 1940s and 1950s.

Content Description The B. O. Engen Collection consists of three boxes containing some clippings, correspondence on reduction of armament, and sermons. Mostly there are Ellen G. White statements and tracks and pamphlets. Many boxes of books also came with the collection. The non-Adventist books were separated and processed by the James White Library’s Seminary Collection. Content Description This collection consists primarily of correspondence of Christian Edwardson, (1873-1944) along with some documents related to the history of Seventh-day Adventist work among the Danish and Norwegian people of Minnesota and Wisconsin around the 1920s. A second part of the collection consists of portions of financial records for several churches in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Vande Vere of Berrien Springs, Michigan, donated the papers of several Emmanuel Missionary College (Andrews University) administrators to the Adventist Heritage Center at James White Library, Andrews University in April 1973.
